This means you advance the clock 24 hours in essence you advance one day on the calendar. Time in other locations will be the UTC time hour plus or minus the local Time Zone. Moving west across the International Date Line one moves from the -12 UTC time zone to the +12 UTC time zone. In my chart, I have the chart axis labels and chart datapoint labels as DateTime objects. UTC Coordinated Universal Timeis the 24-hour time standard used as a basis for civil time today. UTC time is the local time at Greenwich England.
